For the dip, mix the quark, salt and wasabi paste together in a bowl. Now either place the cream on the plate with a spoon next to the fish or pour it into a piping bag and sprinkle decoratively onto the plate as desired. If you like, you can sprinkle the dip with a few sesame seeds.
