Clean, peel and dice the carrots and kohlrabi. Heat the oil in a suitable saucepan and sauté the vegetables in it. Pour on the coconut milk and add some water. Otherwise the whole thing will be too soggy. Season the vegetables lightly.
In the meantime, cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet. Keep stirring the vegetables so that nothing clings to the bottom of the pot. Shortly before the end of the cooking time, season again vigorously until it fits (to your personal taste). Serve with the rice.
