Instructions

  1. Wash the lettuce and cut into bite-sized pieces. Quarter the cucumber, remove the seeds and cut the cucumber into pieces. Core the tomatoes and cut into pieces. Chop the spring onions and the onion into small pieces.
  2. Cut the bacon into 0.5 cm wide pieces and fry until crispy without fat. Then place on a plate with kitchen paper.
  3. Cut the chicken meat into 0.5 cm wide pieces and fry them in the bacon fat until crispy.
  4. Arrange all ingredients on the plate in the order mentioned above.
  5. You can add a dressing of your choice over the salad, we tried it with oil and balsamic vinegar and we liked it.
  6. A baguette can be served with the salad, possibly with garlic butter.
