Instructions

  1. Peel the onions and garlic and cut into small cubes.
  2. Put on the spaghetti and cook according to the instructions on the packet until al dente.
  3. At the same time, heat a little olive oil in a pan and fry the onions and garlic in it. Add the minced meat, sauté and season with pepper. As soon as the minced meat is cooked through, add the tomatoes and the ketchup. Let the sauce simmer only slightly. Season with oregano, paprika powder, Tabasco and pepper. Then add about 1/4 more vegetable stock cube and stir in.
  4. Arrange the spaghetti with the sauce on plates and serve.
  5. Tip: If you like, you can serve grated Parmesan with the spaghetti.
