Leave the bacon in a pan. Add the flour and make a roux. Deglaze with the milk, stir well and bring to the boil. Add salt. When it`s done (thick creamy sauce), add the butter on top.

Everyone cuts one (or more) slices of bread into pieces approx. 2 cm, pricks them with a fork, dips this into the stip and eats it.
