Instructions

  1. Peel the apples, remove the core and cut into slices.
  2. Melt the fat and fry the apples in it (but don`t let them disintegrate). Put the finished apples aside and pour the juice from the squeezed oranges, Cointreau (amount to taste) and the cinnamon into the still hot pan. Simmer for approx. 7 minutes while stirring. Carefully add the apples and fold in.
  3. Whip the cream and serve everything on a large plate as follows: apples - ice cream scoops - cream
