- Wash, core and eighth the apples.
- In a saucepan, dissolve the brown sugar with the cinnamon stick in the cider and calvados, reduce a little.
- Then add the apples and simmer for about 10-15 minutes.
- Puree with the magic wand. If necessary, season with sugar and cinnamon.
- If you don`t like it that way, you can of course remove the peel from the apples.
