Instructions

  1. Grate 10 g of chocolate and set aside for decoration. Roughly chop the rest of the chocolate and dissolve in the hot coffee, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat, add cinnamon, vanilla sugar and rum and let steep for another 2 minutes.
  2. Pour the chocolate coffee into small coffee cups. Whip the cream until stiff, pour into a piping bag, pour over the coffee and sprinkle with grated chocolate.
