• 1 kg strawberries
• 200 ml Prosecco
• 500 g preservin suar, 2: 1

Instructions

1. Wash the strawberries carefully, remove the stems and greens and puree. Mix the strawberries, Prosecco and preserving sugar, bring to the boil while stirring and let simmer for 5 minutes over high heat while stirring. Fill jars while still hot and close immediately.
