• 250 g ladyfiners, crumbled (biscuits)
• 1 point vanilla sugar
• 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
• 1 tablespoon coffee powder
• 5 tablespoon amaretto
• 100 g butter, soft
• Cocoa powder

Instructions

1. Mix the mascarpone, ladyfingers, butter and vanilla sugar together. Stir in the coffee powder and cocoa powder in the amaretto and mix in the mixture. Chill overnight.
2. Shape the mixture into small balls, roll them in cocoa powder and place in paper cases.
