- Brew the espresso freshly, stir in 3 tablespoons of amaretto and let cool.
- Mix the mascarpone, quark, powdered sugar and 5 tablespoons of amaretto to a creamy mixture.
- Prepare a baking dish. Now dip 1 ladyfingers into the espresso and cover the bottom of the baking dish with it.
- Spread 1/3 - 1/2 of the mixture on the ladyfingers so that they are covered. Repeat this process until all the ingredients have been used.
- Finally, sprinkle everything with cocoa and let it steep in the refrigerator for a few hours, possibly overnight.
