Instructions

  1. Line the bottom of a mold with half of the ladyfingers.
  2. Mix the water, cocoa and bitter almond oil together and pour half of it onto the ladyfingers and let it soak in.
  3. Mix the quark, mascarpone and sugar until creamy. Whip the cream with vanilla sugar until stiff and fold into the mascarpone cream. (If the cream doesn’t get completely stiff, that’s no problem.)
  4. Pour half of the cream and mascarpone cream into the mold. Spread the second half of the ladyfingers on the cream. Pour the rest of the cocoa mixture over it and let it soak in. Then spread the rest of the cream and mascarpone cream on top and generously sprinkle cocoa powder over it.
  5. Cover the mold and put in a cool place for at least 4 hours, or better one night.
