Instructions

  1. First of all, brew the strong coffee and let it cool down in a bowl, set it aside for now.
  2. Now fill a saucepan with water and put it on the stove. Put a key on the water, hot water bath. Put the powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and a dash of water so that the two combine, it doesn`t matter if too much water has been added to the bowl and mix with the hand mixer. Remove from the water bath and fold in the mascarpone so that the two combine well. Fold in the quark.
  3. Beat the whipped cream with the cream stiffener until stiff. Also fold in. Now a creamy mass should have arisen.
  4. Now dip the ladyfingers in the strong coffee and place them in a mold as the very first layer. Spread half of the mascarpone cream on top. Soak the remaining ladyfingers and place them on top. Spread the rest of the cream on top. Let rest in the fridge overnight. Sprinkle with cocoa powder to serve.
  5. Tip: Don`t save on the coffee, this makes the tiramisu even juicier.
