Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 150 ° C.
  2. Heat an ovenproof pan on the stove, mix maple syrup (or agave syrup if you like) and oil in it. Stir in the ginger powder. Add the remaining ingredients and roast for 5 minutes.
  3. Place the pan in the oven and roast for another 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Let the muesli cool down and pour into a sealable container. Use up within a month.
