Instructions

  1. Whisk the eggs and cut the boiled potatoes as small as possible (grate if necessary). Mix the potatoes and half of the beaten eggs. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Dip the bread slices each with one side in the rest of the egg (so that the mixture holds) and distribute the potato mixture on top. Now fry on both sides in a pan with a little fat.
