Instructions

  1. Clean and dice large half a vegetable onion, sauté in a little oil with a little salt until translucent, allow to cool.
  2. Cut the tofu into small cubes and mash with the potato masher. Add all ingredients and knead into a dough that is not too thin. Shape balls (always make 8 pieces out of this amount) and fry until golden in oil that is not too hot. Are fried like normal meatballs in 15 minutes
  3. Goes particularly well with ginger and carrot vegetables or almost any other fresh vegetable.
