Instructions

  1. Roughly chop the smoked tofu and puree with the margarine, soy milk and yeast flakes using a blender. If the mixture is too thick, add more soy milk until the desired consistency is achieved. Season well with mustard and the spices. Finely chop the chives and fold in.
  2. This cream tastes best when it soaks overnight. Serve with warm bread.
