Instructions

  1. Chop the onion, garlic and smoked tofu and fry. Cut the fennel, bell pepper and sun-dried tomatoes into strips and fry them. Also cut the fresh tomatoes into small pieces and mix in. Stir in tomato paste and vegetable stock.
  2. Cook the tagliatelle according to the instructions on the packet, drain and then mix in.
