Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta very al dente in salted water so that it does not become too soft when seared.
  2. In the meantime, finely dice the smoked tofu, fry in a pan with a little oil and dust with the vegetable stock powder while frying. Fry until the tofu cubes are lightly browned and keep warm on a low flame
  3. Put the cream or milk in a small bowl, whisk the egg with it and season well with vegetable stock, a little salt, pepper and paprika. Then mix the grated cheese with the cream and egg mixture
  4. Drain the pasta, add to the tofu in the pan and mix, if necessary let the pasta brown a little. Then pour the cream-egg-cheese mixture over it and mix well. Let sizzle a little until the cheese melts, season again if necessary and serve.
  5. A small mixed salad goes well with it.
