Heat the oil in a pan, sauté the onions and mushrooms for about 5 minutes. Add the garlic and hot peppers and cook for another 2 minutes. Crumble the tofu and continue to cook for a short time. Now add the turmeric and turn the mixture until it is evenly yellow. Add the spinach and let it collapse for a moment.
Remove the dish from the heat and fold in the mustard. Season with salt and pepper.
