Drain the tofu and roughly dice or crumble, place in a bowl. Peel the onion and garlic and dice very finely or press through the press. Chop the parsley. Add the egg yolk, breadcrumbs and soy sauce to the tofu, season with pepper. Process to a smooth mixture and cover and let stand for about 10 minutes. Only then add salt to taste. Shape 4 patties (meatballs), turn in sesame seeds. Do not heat the oil too much in a pan; fry the patties in it for about 4 minutes on each side.
