Instructions

  1. Put the finely chopped onions and herbs in a bowl and whisk together with the mustard, honey, soy sauce, vinegar and 1 tablespoon sunflower oil to create a spicy marinade. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Cut the tofu by hand into 1 - 2 cm pieces. It can look a bit crumbly. Heat the rest of the sunflower oil in a coated pan and roast the turmeric in it for a few seconds. Then add the tofu and fry all over while stirring.
  3. Put the tofu straight from the pan into the bowl with the marinade while still hot, mix well and let it steep for about 10 minutes. Serve lukewarm.
