First cut the smoked tofu and the onion into small cubes and finely crumble the natural tofu with a fork.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the smoked tofu until crispy. Then add the onion and some turmeric and fry for a few minutes. Add the natural tofu and let it get hot in the pan for just a few seconds. Mix the almond butter with a little water and deglaze the tofu with the almond butter-water mixture. Mix everything well and immediately remove the pan from the heat. Finally, season with pepper and kala namak. Garnish with chives if necessary and enjoy warm.
