Cut the tofu into slices and marinate briefly in the soy sauce.
Slowly stew the onion and mushrooms in the butter until tender, then set aside.
Heat the oil in the roaster and fry the drained tofu slices in it. Add the garlic, mushrooms and onions. Mix and add the remaining ingredients. Boil everything down easily. Stir everything very carefully and season to taste.
Super green ribbon noodles and tomato salad go well with it.
