- Cut the tomatoes into slices. Drain the mozzarella and cut into small pieces or cubes.
- Halve the avocados, stone them and cut into thin wedges.
- Put everything in a large bowl.
- For the dressing, mix well the oil, vinegar and mustard, pour over the salad and mix.
- Sprinkle with basil and olives, stir briefly and serve.
- A fresh baguette and a delicious wine go well with it
