Quarter the cherry tomatoes, pluck the rocket a little. Peel and finely dice the avocado. Mix everything with lemon juice, spices, mustard and 5 tablespoons of oil.
Chop the parsley, chop the garlic. Halve the prawns lengthways. Fry in the remaining oil on each side for approx. 1 minute, season with salt and pepper. Finally sprinkle with garlic and parsley and decorate the salad.
