Instructions

  1. Wash tomatoes. Cut 2 tomatoes into small cubes and the remaining tomatoes into pieces. Whisk eggs and season with herb salt. Cut the Gouda into small cubes, stir into the egg mixture with 2 tablespoons of parsley and the small tomato cubes.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and let the egg mixture set for about 5 minutes while stirring. Cut the rolls into slices. Serve scrambled eggs with tomato pieces and the remaining parsley sprinkled with bread rolls.
