Instructions

  1. First peel the garlic and onion and cut into small pieces together with the tomato.
  2. Heat some oil in the pan at level 4 of 6 and sauté the vegetables in it. As soon as the onion is translucent, add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste and sweat. Now deglaze with the vegetable stock and add the tomatoes. Now add the sugar to the soup and season everything with salt, pepper and Italian herbs. Simmer the soup on speed 2 of 6 for 5 minutes. Finally, stir in the butter and cream.
