Instructions

  1. Sweat oil with chopped onion and garlic, add canned tomatoes and chop up a little. Season to taste with honey, salt and pepper. Add the washed millet and simmer for about 20 minutes.
  2. Add the basil. Before serving, add the diced feta and heat it in the soup.
  3. This goes well with ciabatta or just baguette.
