Cut the mozzarella and tomatoes into bite-sized pieces and place on a large plate. Finely chop the garlic and add to it. Season with salt and pepper, pour oil and vinegar over the top as you like and mix everything well. Cut the parmesan into strips and sprinkle on the salad. Rinse off the basil, pat dry, cut into strips and also pour over. Let the salad stand for a few minutes.
Enjoy with a baguette.
