Instructions

  1. Drain the mozzarella balls and rinse with water. Wash cherry tomatoes. When dry, cut both halves in half. Pluck the basil leaves and cut into pieces (depending on the size of the balls). Put the mozzarella and tomatoes back together with a piece of basil in the middle and put the toothpicks through them.
  2. Arrange everything on a plate according to your mood. Pour salt and pepper over it and drizzle with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Use 1-2 sprigs of basil to decorate. Let it steep briefly.
