Chop the onions, garlic and zucchini and sauté them in a little oil in a saucepan for about 5 - 8 minutes. Then add the strained tomatoes and tomato paste. Then add the tuna and a dash of red wine. Simmer again for about 5 minutes over medium heat.
Season with fresh pepper and a few chilli flakes. There is enough salt in the strained tomatoes from the tetrapak to my liking.
Sprinkle with parsley or other fresh herbs when serving.
It`s not a special recipe, but the quick preparation, the nutrients, etc. make it a nice meal for me after work when you don`t feel like cooking anymore.
