Warm the water lukewarm in a saucepan. Add sugar and crumble the yeast. Let stand until the yeast has completely dissolved. Takes about 10 minutes, then stir again well. Add the flour and knead everything well. Add the chopped walnuts and the tomatoes cut into pieces to the dough and knead again.
Cover and let the bread dough rise for 45 minutes in a warm place.
Knead the dough again, divide it into 2 parts and form 2 loaves of bread. Dust the bread with flour, cover with a clean cloth and let rest for about 30 minutes.
In the meantime, preheat the oven to 200 degrees top / bottom heat and bake the bread for 25 minutes.
