Wash the tomatoes, remove the stalks and cut the tomatoes into thin slices. Wash the wild herb salad and shake dry. Spread the tomato slices on plates for 4 people and spread the wild herbs on top.
Mix the yogurt with the warm broth, the olive oil, the zatar mixture and the chilli salt and pour into a squeeze bottle. Spread the dressing over the salad in quick gulps and serve.
