Instructions

  1. Cut the tomatoes into bite-sized pieces. Halve the avocados, core them, remove the outer skin and also cut into bite-sized pieces.
  2. For the dressing, mix the mild vinegar with the mustard, cream, salt, pepper and olive oil. Mix the salad with the sauce.
