Instructions

  1. Cut tomatoes into very thin slices and distribute on four plates.
  2. Cut the spring onion into small rings and spread over the tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle some olive oil over it.
  3. Crumble the sheep cheese over the plates.
  4. Finally, distribute the basil leaves on the plates as a garnish.
