Cut the meat sausage and onion into small cubes. Chop the carrot and garlic in a chopper or with a knife.
Melt the butter or margarine in a pan with a high rim (wok pan). Fry all the finely chopped ingredients. Now add tomato paste and curry ketchup and fry briefly. Deglaze with water and season with vegetable stock. Bring everything to the boil and add the processed cheese. Now season with salt, pepper, marjoram and sugar. Finally, thicken the sauce with a sauce thickener and season each with oregano to taste. As an alternative to the sauce thickener, the tomato paste can also be dusted with flour.
