- Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the onion cut into cubes. Then add the can of tomatoes and the can of coconut milk and an almost full can of water.
- Bring the whole thing slowly to a boil, add the granulated broth and season with salt and chilli to taste.
- Purée finely with the hand blender. Bring the soup to the boil briefly, add a lot of chives and arrange on plates.
