Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the onion cut into cubes. Then add the can of tomatoes and the can of coconut milk and an almost full can of water.
  2. Bring the whole thing slowly to a boil, add the granulated broth and season with salt and chilli to taste.
  3. Purée finely with the hand blender. Bring the soup to the boil briefly, add a lot of chives and arrange on plates.
