• 70 g tomato paste
• 35 g crème fraîche
• 3 teaspoons pizza seasoning
• 1 tablespoon cream, possibly also 2
• some salt and pepper

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients well and spread them on the flatbread. Then top it like a pizza as desired and bake in the oven.
2. The amount is enough for 2 small kebab breads, i.e. 4 halves. Can be kept in the refrigerator for a few days. Of course also suitable for other rolls or types of bread.
