• 400 g cream cheese
• 1 handful tomato (s), dried
• 1 clove garlic
• 1 small onion (s), red
• 1 handful basil leaves
• 1 teaspoon thyme, dried

Instructions

1. First puree the onion, garlic and sun-dried tomatoes with the cream cheese. At best, the cream cheese is at room temperature.
2. Finely chop the basil and mix in with the thyme.
3. Tip: the cream can soak for a day.
