Instructions

  1. Finely dice the onion and bell pepper. If necessary, roast the peppers a little beforehand over a flame.
  2. Put the vegetables with the tomato paste and honey in a bowl and mix until they are nice and smooth. Add a good dash of olive oil, salt, pepper and fresh herbs as desired.
  3. The dip can be eaten right away or left to steep for a day for maximum flavor.
