Season the diced tomatoes with pepper and place in a deep plate. Cover and cook in the microwave for 2 minutes at 600 watts. Then add the feta cubes and stir in. Cover again and cook for 2 minutes in the microwave at 600 watts. Consume immediately.
Can be expanded with diced olives or hot peppers as desired.
I often eat it in the summer as a snack because I often have a very large tomato harvest.
