Instructions

  1. Let the chicken breast thaw. Cut into bite-sized pieces. Season the tomatoes with salt, pepper and basil. Marinate the chicken pieces for 3-4 hours.
  2. After marinating, dice the onion and let it soften in hot oil. Separate the chicken pieces from the tomato strains (colander) and add to the onions, fry them.
  3. Pour the tomatoes into a saucepan and after boiling briefly, let them simmer at a low temperature. Press the garlic cloves into the chicken pieces, stir. Drain the mushrooms and fry them briefly. Finally add the gnocchi to the chicken pieces and let them brown a little.
