Instructions

  1. Drain the chickpeas, collect the liquid.
  2. Place the chickpeas, sundried tomatoes, chopped chili peppers, and the clove of garlic in a blender, or in a bowl if using a hand blender. Squeeze lemon juice over it. When pureing gradually, add 2 parts of the oil from the sun-dried tomatoes and 1 part of the drained water from the chickpeas, until the hummus has a creamy consistency.
  3. Season to taste with pepper and salt.
