Clean the tomatoes, cut out the blossoms and dice (we use the inside), also clean and dice the onions and mango. Chop the dried cranberries and chilli and bring everything to the boil and simmer for about 15 minutes, then add the vinegar and sugar and let simmer for about 10 minutes, then season with salt and pepper if necessary. If you like, you can also make this recipe with garlic.
Goes very well with meat, whether for grilling or fondue, on cheese or sausage slices or as a jam.
