Put olive oil in a saucepan and lightly fry the diced onion in it. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and add to the onions, simmer for about 5 minutes. Add tomato paste, salt and pepper and cook briefly. Puree everything with a blender so that a sauce is created, which can now still be liquid. Now add the wok noodles and simmer in the tomato sauce for about 5 minutes. Finally, season with parsley, salt and pepper - done!
If it has to go really quickly, I just leave the onion out, our little one loves these noodles and they are ready in no time, plus a little washing up.
