Instructions

  1. Cut the tomatoes into approx. 1 cm thick slices (if you like, scald and peel them beforehand).
  2. Melt the butter, lightly toast the flour in it, stir in the milk and wine. Let the sauce simmer for about 3 minutes, stir in the parmesan and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  3. Halve the mozzarella and cut into thin slices. Cut the basil into fine strips.
  4. Preheat the oven to 200 °.
