Cut the white bread into slices and wrap in aluminum foil, like in a kind of loaf pan. Place one or two tomato and mozzarella slices between the bread slices. Whisk 50 ml milk with an egg and pour over the bread lengthways. Spread the pesto lengthways over the bread; you can also smear something between the panes.
Cover everything with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes at 180 ° C.
Green salad tastes good with it. Also ideal as a grill side dish.
