Fry the chicken breasts briefly on both sides until they get color, sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Then place the meat in the baking dish. Place the diced mozzarella around the meat in the pan.
Bring the chopped tomatoes to the boil in a saucepan and season, I use salt, pepper, paprika and a stock cube. After seasoning, remove from the stove and add the cream.
Pour the finished sauce over the meat and mozzarella, spread the cheese on top and bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes until golden brown.
