Mix two tomatoes, half of the mozzarella, tomato paste, onion, 9 basil leaves, pepper, salt, oregano, rosemary, olive oil and garlic with the hand blender and chop. Then cut the rest of the tomatoes and mozzarella into cubes and add. Mix and decorate with basil if you like.
Tip: The tomato seasoning from Ostmann also works well instead of salt.
